Biography
Syuzanna is a Head of the Nur-Sultan and Tashkent offices. She advised financial investors and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructuring. Syuzanna has also particular experience in banks and energy & resources sectors.

- Advised clients on the development, finance and construction of solar energy projects
- Day-to-day legal supported of holding companies on banking, mass media issues, IP rights, etc.
- Advisied clients on corporate, subsurface use, tax, currency, land,customs, antimonopoly, environmental law, etc.
- Advised clients on structuring various transactions (sale and purchase of shares, subsurface use rights, land plots, etc.)
